YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL
- ▪Execute across the full creative range: 2D motion, editing, AI-assisted generation, and occasionally graphic design, as well as game replay recording.
- ▪Work closely with the Creative Lead as a genuine creative partner, co-developing concepts, contributing ideas, and bringing your own visual instincts to every project.
- ▪Take a lean brief and run with it. Make confident creative decisions independently through to a polished final output.
- ▪Integrate AI generation tools meaningfully into your workflow, as a creative and efficiency multiplier, not a shortcut.
- ▪Apply UA knowledge to every output: understand what makes a mobile ad perform and let it inform your creative decisions.
ABOUT YOU
- ▪Proven track record in 2D animated performance marketing ads for mobile games.
- ▪Actively use AI generation tools in your practice.
- ▪Expert in Adobe After Effects and Premiere; comfortable across motion, editing, and adjacent production areas.
- ▪Genuine creative instincts: you contribute ideas, not just execution.
- ▪Solid understanding of mobile UA and what makes creative perform on social platforms.
- ▪Sharp eye for editing, rhythm, and music sync.
