Role Overview

• ▪As a Data Engineer, you will help design, create, deploy, and maintain the data architecture of the organization.
• ▪This role will influence how the data will be stored, consumed, integrated, and managed by different data entities and systems.
• ▪The role will be pivotal in engineering the tactical work of getting source data to its target.
• ▪Your primary focus will be to apply knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling, to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries leading to prototype development and product improvement.

Your Profile

Generally, we expect

3 to 5 + years of experience in a data engineering role using Python as a programming language

• ▪Amazon Web Services offerings such as Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFormation stacks etc.
• ▪Bachelor’s degree required
• ▪3-5+ years of data engineering professional experience at other software companies
• ▪Experience in writing production grade machine learning models in Python
• ▪Experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure
• ▪Demonstrated ability to leverage data engineering to drive business results
• ▪Skilled at translating business problems into data science problems and communicating the results to non-technical audiences
• ▪Able to work in a collaborative environment with a desire to share your ideas
• ▪Able to work independently and complete tasks with high quality, but unafraid to seek out suggestions from other team members.
