Marketplace Specialist

Now we’re looking for a Marketplace Specialist who will take ownership of one or more marketplaces and help our clients grow their sales across Europe.

If you understand marketplace dynamics, enjoy optimizing listings and campaigns, and like seeing real results from your work, this might be your next move.

What you’ll do

• ▪Manage and optimize selected marketplace accounts (e.g. Allegro, Amazon, Kaufland, Otto, Bol, eBay)
• ▪Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility, conversion, and profitability
• ▪Create and update listings, improve keywords, and ensure content meets marketplace requirements
• ▪Analyze performance data (sales, ROAS, TACOS, conversion) and translate insights into actions
• ▪Collaborate with internal PPC, data, and logistics teams to deliver the best client results
• ▪Identify new opportunities to automate, improve efficiency, and grow client success

Who you are

• ▪3+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplace accounts (Allegro, Amazon, eBay,Otto, Bol, eBay etc.)
• ▪Strategic and data-driven mindset — you like working with numbers and optimization
• ▪Communicative and proactive — you enjoy collaborating with teams and clients
• ▪Growth mindset — you’re eager to experiment, learn, and improve
• ▪Fluent in English (Polish or German is a strong plus)
