Loan Documentation Specialist with German - Remote
Responsibilities
- ▪Review loan and collateral documents to ensure they are complete and meet internal requirements.
- ▪Process documentation for commercial loans and real estate financing.
- ▪Follow up on missing or incorrect documents and coordinate necessary corrections.
- ▪Register and update all information in internal systems and keep documents well‑organized.
- ▪Manage the sending, receiving and confirmation of original documents.
- ▪Track assigned cases, monitor deadlines and report progress.
- ▪Prepare simple daily and weekly reports on completed tasks.
Requirements
- ▪Very good knowledge of German (min. C1).
- ▪2-5 years of experience in banking/finance for junior roles, 5–8 years for senior roles.
- ▪Confidence working with data and good Excel skills.
- ▪Background in banking, structured finance or commercial real estate finance is a plus.
- ▪Familiarity with syndicated loan structures is a strong plus.
- ▪Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
- ▪Good attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
