We are looking for Legal Counsel EMEA to join our team at Bobcat.

As Legal Counsel at Bobcat, you will play a key role in our community. You will be working under the supervision of the Legal Manager EMEA. You will provide legal services and advice to various departments and businesses of Doosan Bobcat.

We’re looking for someone who

• ▪Review a wide variety of contracts (mainly supply contracts, and distribution agreements) and support commercial teams in the negotiation of contracts
• ▪Suggest improvements to contract templates or contracting procedures
• ▪Support the business with contract enforcement steps (calls for warranty claims compensation, penalties enforcement, etc.)
• ▪Proactively identify legal risks and suggest practical solutions
• ▪Monitor regulatory developments and implement cross-functional compliance projects;
• ▪Prepare legal research and analysis on various legal topics (issues arising from distribution contracts or other commercial matters)
• ▪Ensure a good understanding of legal issues from a business perspective (refraining from rendering advice disconnected from the business needs)

What sets you apart

• ▪Education & Qualification: Legal - master’s degree
• ▪Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years
• ▪Global Breadth: Multi-Country (> One Country)
• ▪Excellent skills in English (spoken and written)
• ▪Knowledge of another EU language is a plus
• ▪Proactive/ attention to details/ solid business law knowledge
• ▪Business-oriented and easy-to-work-with
• ▪Travel Standard: < 10%
