Junior Account Manager

Pragur, Czech republic

Main Responsibilities

• ▪Represent the company in the customer interface as the primary owner
• ▪Identify, create, and develop business opportunities with key/new customers
• ▪Understand and accurately convey customer requirements and provide individual proposals
• ▪Maintain long-term business relationships with our customers and achieve a win-win partnership
• ▪Drive internal and external resources to provide business solutions to effectively achieve business objectives
• ▪Analyze and understand the Czech market development and market trends

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• ▪Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferred in Information Technology, Telecommunication, or related studies
• ▪Basic knowledge of the telecommunication industry and first experiences would be an asset, but not mandatory
• ▪Hands-on mentality, eager to learn and develop yourself continuously
• ▪Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• ▪Motivated to work full-time and can cope with pressure
• ▪Open-minded personality and love to work in a multi-cultural organization
• ▪Business fluent in English and Czech (both spoken and written)
