Key Responsibilities

• ▪Provide exceptional customer service in Italian.
• ▪Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services, billing, and technical support.
• ▪Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
• ▪Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• ▪Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate problem resolution and improve service delivery.
• ▪Stay updated on telecommunications products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• ▪Exceptional fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required.
• ▪A minimum English proficiency of B2 is necessary.
• ▪Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• ▪Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• ▪Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• ▪Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
• ▪Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
