Your main responsibilities are

provide technical support in planning, realization, and integration of Microsoft Client / Server environments, as well as network environments,
responsible for the maintenance, configuration of IT infrastructure, network, and security components,
troubleshoot hardware and software issues, documenting problems and resolutions (1st and 2nd level support locally and globally),
install and upgrade computer components and software,
perform user account setup on workstations and mobile devices,
ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls,
perform any related IT work as assigned,
perform regular backup/restore operations migration and upgrades,
responsible for the continuous improvement of IT systems,
on-call duty
