We're looking for an IT Operations Manager to lead and scale our IT function. This is a management role responsible for running the help desk team, owning core IT processes, and driving automation across the business.

We're looking for someone organized, dependable, and proactive — someone who enjoys both leading operations and improving them through automation.

What you will do

• ▪Lead the help desk team: ticket triage, agent processes, knowledge base, and escalations
• ▪Administer Google Workspace and manage access across a SaaS stack
• ▪Own and improve core IT processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding
• ▪Build and maintain no-code automations to streamline internal workflows and reduce manual work
• ▪Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and access issues
• ▪Support IT procurement and vendor coordination
• ▪Drive cross-functional projects such as tool migrations and system integrations

REQUIREMENTS

• ▪Prior experience in an IT operations leadership or senior role
• ▪Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and a SaaS environment
• ▪Strong skills in no-code automation tools (Jira automation, Make.com, Zapier, or similar)
• ▪Experience leading or running a help desk function
• ▪Comfortable troubleshooting identity, authentication, and connectivity issues
• ▪Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes
• ▪Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus
