This role requires hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of transformation projects, including feasibility, solution design, and implementation, within Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services environments.

You will play a key role in delivering HR transformation programmes, ensuring effective transition of HR processes and services into optimised operating models.

• ▪Contribute to the setup, migration, and optimisation of HR Shared Services / GBS models.
• ▪Participate in process transitions, including knowledge transfer, stabilisation, and continuous improvement.
• ▪Project & Programme Support
• ▪Support project governance, planning, and tracking across HR transformation initiatives.
• ▪Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies within HR workstreams.
