We are looking for an HR Business Partner for the ELSB unit, who will provide support to both management and employees in the area of human resources.

We are looking for an experienced and independent professional who is not afraid of day-to-day operations, but also enjoys people development, process setting, and collaboration on organizational changes.

Work model: onsite

This role is contributing to ELSB Division.

Key Responsibilities

• ▪Supporting and advising line management and unit employees on human resources management and labor law matters (approx. 350 employees)
• ▪Active participation in employee motivation, development, and training
• ▪Creating and updating internal HR policies and guidelines
• ▪Responsibility for data accuracy in the HR system (Workday), close cooperation with other HR teams and the recruitment department
• ▪Communication with authorities, institutions, and third parties (schools, training agencies)
• ▪Collaboration on local and international projects
• ▪Acting as a partner and change coach within the organization

Requirements

• ▪Secondary/University education
• ▪Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably from an international company
• ▪Knowledge of the Labor Code and employment law
• ▪Communicative level of English
• ▪Proficiency in MS Office and Workday
• ▪Excellent communication skills, proactive approach, conceptual thinking, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and independence
