Key responsibilities

• ▪room allocation
• ▪group handling
• ▪VIP handling
• ▪check-in and check-out of guests
• ▪accepting reservations & walk-ins
• ▪ambassador to our guests
• ▪ensuring compliance with Radisson Blu operational standards

The ideal candidate for this position should

• ▪have a passion for guest services
• ▪be a good motivator
• ▪have a good sense of responsibility and be a confident person
• ▪have excellent communication skills
• ▪be enthusiastic in delivering outstanding results
• ▪possess the ability to work under pressure

We require

• ▪fluent in Czech and English
• ▪positive approach

An Advantage would be

• ▪prior Front office experience
• ▪knowledge of other languages
