For a well-established German company specializing in high-precision electromechanical components for the automotive and microelectronics industries, we are looking for a Global Controller to strengthen the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• ▪Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including reporting to the parent company
• ▪Analyze business unit performance (profit center controlling)
• ▪Control and monitor investments, tools, and assets under construction
• ▪Project controlling with a strong commercial focus
• ▪Cost center and cost object accounting
• ▪Material cost controlling, inventory management, and stock valuation
• ▪Preparation of KPIs and scorecards for management steering
• ▪Support budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes

Your Profile

• ▪Several years of controlling experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• ▪Solid knowledge of HGB accounting standards
• ▪Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers and production processes
• ▪Excellent Excel skills; SAP FI/CO knowledge is an advantage
• ▪Very good German and/or good English skills, and Czech
• ▪Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style
• ▪Open to travel
