This position is ideal for hospitality professionals with RECENT experience who want to transition into the technology side of the industry.
You will start within our Customer Support team , where you will learn our systems from the inside out.
After completing our internal certification, you will gradually take ownership of your own implementation projects and client training.
The role also includes occasional business travel within the Czech Republic and abroad ( approximately 10% of the time ).
Configure and set up our products and third-party integrations (accounting systems, channel managers, payment terminals, IPTV, and more)Communicate with clients daily via phone, email, and ticketing tools (Freshdesk)Lead implementation projects in line with our internal methodologyDeliver client training sessions online and in person, in both Czech and EnglishCollaborate with Product, Development, and IT teams on testing new features and improvementsCreate user manuals and training materials
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality – requiredExperience across two areas such as hotel, restaurant, F&B, conferences, spa, or events is an advantage.
Fluent Czech and English at C1 level minimum - is a must!
Driving licence category B ( active driver ).
