Key Responsibilities

• ▪Assist German-speaking clients with travel and hospitality inquiries.
• ▪Provide expert advice on travel options, accommodations, and hospitality services tailored to client needs.
• ▪Process reservations accurately and promptly, ensuring all client preferences are met.
• ▪Handle and resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• ▪Maintain detailed and updated records of client interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
• ▪Stay informed on latest travel and hospitality trends to deliver high-quality service options.

Requirements

• ▪Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
• ▪A minimum of B2 in English is mandatory.
• ▪Experience in travel and hospitality customer care or related fields is preferred.
• ▪Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on outstanding customer service.
• ▪Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to resolving client issues efficiently.
• ▪Familiarity with CRM systems and travel/hospitality booking platforms is beneficial.
• ▪Self motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• ▪Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture and lifestyle.
