Key Responsibilities

• ▪Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• ▪Engage with users to build positive brand awareness and foster community engagement.
• ▪Document interactions and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
• ▪Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to align communication strategies.

Requirements

• ▪Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
• ▪A minimum of B2 in English is required.
• ▪Experience in customer service or community management, preferably within social media.
• ▪Strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries tactfully and professionally.
• ▪Familiarity with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
• ▪Capability to multitask and manage concurrent conversations efficiently.
• ▪Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• ▪Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including possible evenings and weekends.
