Key Responsibilities
- ▪Provide premium customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to luxury vehicle products and services.
- ▪Assist customers with vehicle information, maintenance schedules, warranty claims, and other service-related requests.
- ▪Collaborate closely with internal departments including sales, service, and logistics to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- ▪Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- ▪Gather and analyze customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- ▪Stay informed about the latest models, features, and brand updates to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- ▪Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; strong English skills are advantageous.
- ▪Previous experience in customer care within the automotive or luxury brand sectors is highly preferred.
- ▪Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- ▪Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
