Key Responsibilities
- ▪Handle German-speaking client bookings for accommodations and hospitality services through various communication channels.
- ▪Provide detailed information on hotel options, amenities, pricing, and local attractions to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- ▪Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all client preferences are captured and confirmed.
- ▪Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- ▪Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
- ▪Stay up-to-date with hospitality industry trends and offerings to provide clients with the best solutions.
Requirements
- ▪Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- ▪A minimum of B2 in English.
- ▪Experience in hospitality booking, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
- ▪Strong enthusiasm for travel and knowledge of hospitality services and destinations.
- ▪Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering outstanding customer support.
- ▪Ability to manage customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- ▪Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
- ▪Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- ▪Willingness to relocate to Greece with all relocation expenses covered.
