Severex is a mobile game development studio creating and scaling products in the Puzzle category (Word / Block / Sort).

We are currently looking for an experienced Game Designer with strong expertise in game economy and monetization.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• ▪Analyze the Puzzle market, competitors, and target audience
• ▪Design and balance game economy: build in/out curves, model resource deficit and surplus
• ▪Develop difficulty progression curves and implement paywalls and breakpoints with retention in mind
• ▪Manage monetization systems: in-game shops and offers
• ▪Segment players and evaluate the impact of decisions on LTV, ARPU, and conversion rates
• ▪Maintain clear and structured documentation (GDD, balance tables, feature specs)
• ▪Create templates and standards for economy and balance calculations

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• ▪Experience working on Word / Block / Sort or similar Puzzle projects
• ▪Strong hands-on experience in designing game economy and balance
• ▪Solid understanding of F2P monetization and key product metrics
• ▪Experience maintaining structured design documentation (GDD, balance sheets, feature docs)
• ▪Ability to justify decisions with data and calculations
• ▪Strong system thinking: ability to break down complex systems and explain concepts clearly
• ▪Confidence in presenting and defending economy decisions based on logic and analysis
