What will be your job?

• ▪Design gameplay scenarios that highlight core mechanics and creative vision of the game
• ▪Create environments, maps, and missions to keep levels engaging
• ▪Ensure the levels are optimized for smooth performance
• ▪Prototype new designs, environments, and levels in 3D engines
• ▪Balance existing game content, gameplay, and features
• ▪Propose, with a team of other designers and analysts, monetization designs that best fit our target group and business model
• ▪Design and, with the help of developers, create tools to help you and other designers create levels and maps more efficiently

What we would like you to bring to the team:

• ▪Passion for games, the craft of level design, and creativity
• ▪Experience with 3D engines (Unity, Unreal, Source Engine, or others), design production tools, and level-editing pipelines
• ▪Experience with designing missions or modding content for games
• ▪Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems
• ▪Experience with creating levels and design content for mobile shooters and multiplayer games is a plus
