Your role is

• ▪End-to-end ownership of the P/SDLC; identifying bottlenecks; optimizing processes; increasing team velocity from idea to deployment;
• ▪Designing and implementing an AI-native PDLC; integrating tools; defining and tracking performance metrics;
• ▪Shipping full-stack solutions independently; collaborating with PXMs on specifications and problem-solving; delivering business and customer outcomes;
• ▪Mentoring and upskilling the team; raising execution standards; scaling best practices across the organization;
• ▪Driving product innovation; defining and running experiments; using data to deliver measurable impact;
• ▪Building a high-velocity, execution-focused culture; unblocking teams; enabling fast iteration and continuous delivery.
