As part of the expansion of our freelance network, we are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to perform Customer Experience evaluations in Prague.

This is a freelance, project-based collaboration. Assignments are compensated, clearly structured, and assigned based on your location and availability.

The Role

As a Freelance Customer Experience Evaluator, you will assess real customer journeys and provide structured feedback through our digital platform.

Each assignment is clearly defined and typically takes 20–30 minutes to complete. This role is ideal for students, early-career professionals, or anyone looking for flexible, occasional work.

Responsibilities

• ▪Select assignments based on your availability and location
• ▪Visit assigned locations and evaluate the full customer experience
• ▪Pay close attention to details such as service quality, environment, and interactions
• ▪Assess both in-store and digital touchpoints, including follow-up communication
• ▪Submit structured and objective feedback via short online questionnaires

Requirements

• ▪Must be 18 years or older
• ▪Must have a valid driving license
• ▪Must have regular access to a car

• ▪Reliable and punctual in completing assignments and reports
