We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and ambitious Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founder and help execute across operations, partnerships, sales, research, and special projects.

This is a high-exposure role for someone who wants to learn how a fast-growing AI startup operates from the inside.

This role has two modes — and a clear destination.

A quarter of it is operational: the admin, scheduling, and financial groundwork that keeps the company running without founders having to think about it. The rest is commercial: sales support, affiliate program management, and partnerships. For the right person, the destination is owning the sales function entirely.

The role in practice

Day-to-day operations

• ▪Manage and triage the founders' inbox - prioritize, respond where appropriate, ensure nothing falls through
• ▪Handle basic financial admin: expense tracking, invoice coordination, simple reporting, spreadsheet management
• ▪Own scheduling, research, vendor management, and internal coordination
• ▪Keep operational processes running without being asked twice

Sales, affiliate & partnerships

• ▪Join sales calls and partnership meetings - own the follow-up, move deals forward, close the loop
• ▪Draft outreach, proposals, and communications
• ▪Manage and grow the affiliate program: recruit partners, track performance, coordinate with affiliates to keep them active and producing, optimize payout structures
• ▪Support the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal
• ▪Learn the pipeline and the product deeply - this is the foundation for what comes next
