Finance RTR Solution Lead | Remote

We are looking for an experienced RTR expert to lead the design and implementation of finance solutions within transformation programmes. This role focuses on the Record-to-Report area and involves close cooperation with finance leaders, technical teams, and data specialists to deliver effective and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• ▪Gather and define functional requirements across RTR processes such as general ledger, closing, intercompany, fixed assets, and reconciliations
• ▪Identify data needs and align source systems (e.g. ERP, sub-ledgers) with target platform structures
• ▪Work closely with senior finance stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment with reporting and control expectations
• ▪Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams
• ▪Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure optimal use of system capabilities
• ▪Support system configuration, testing, and implementation activities
• ▪Prepare high-quality project documentation, including:
• ▪Functional specifications
• ▪Data mapping and process flows
• ▪Business rules
• ▪Test scenarios
• ▪Propose and implement practical solutions where standard system functionality is not sufficient
