European Retail Business Manager

We are part of the Gunnebo Group, a leading manufacturer of turnstiles and entrance control systems for customers worldwide. To support the growth of our retail business, we are looking for an experienced sales professional who will help build a European distribution network and develop business with major retail chains and shopping centres.

What will be your responsibility?

• ▪Developing the retail business across Europe
• ▪Actively identifying new business opportunities and customers
• ▪Building and managing a network of distributors and system integrators
• ▪Cooperating with partners on tenders and business opportunities with major retail chains
• ▪Defining and developing the business model for retail entrance solutions
• ▪Supporting the setup of processes for logistics, installation, service, and after-sales support
• ▪Translating customer requirements into product development, service, and marketing activities
• ▪Cooperating with internal teams across the company
• ▪Supporting strategic customers and key projects

What product portfolio will you work with?

• ▪Retail entrance gates: OverGate, NexGate
• ▪Speed gates and turnstiles: EasyGate SPA and other Cominfo products
• ▪Solutions for retail chains, shopping centres, and modern entrance systems

Requirements

An experienced sales professional with a background in international B2B business

Ideally experience in the retail segment, entrance systems, building solutions, or distributor-based business models

Ability to open new markets and build long-term partnerships

Experience in managing distributors or partner networks

Independent and proactive personality with a strong sales drive

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across the company

Willingness to travel frequently across Europe

Professional level of English
