What the Role Involves
- ▪Taking responsibility for children in the classroom
- ▪Preparing and implementing engaging lesson plans
- ▪Preparing and leading engaging sports, movement, and afternoon enrichment activities
- ▪Supporting children’s learning, social development, and English language skills
- ▪Ensuring the classroom is a safe, organised, and inspiring space
- ▪Demonstrating empathy, patience, and calmness
- ▪Caring for young children and attending to their basic needs
What We’re Looking For
- ▪Native English speaker, or a non-native speaker with near-native English fluency
- ▪Alignment with Spectrum Care’s values
- ▪Experience working with preschool-aged children is highly valued
- ▪Relevant qualifications are a plus: Chůva (Toddler Care) certificate, or background in pedagogy, social work, or healthcare
