Job Description

Reservations AgentYou are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience they can expect upon arrival.

What you will be doing

• ▪Manage reservations via phone, email, and online channels
• ▪Communicate with guests prior to arrival
• ▪Collaborate with the Front Office and other hotel departments
• ▪Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service
• ▪Ensure the best options for guests while maximizing revenue through up-selling
• ▪Recommend hotel facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
• ▪Handle room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and maintain accurate system data

Qualifications

• ▪Excellent command of English (additional languages a plus)
• ▪Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
• ▪Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• ▪Knowledge of Mews system is an advantage
