Job Description

Food & Beverage Manager

• ▪Lead, mentor, and manage the Food & Beverage team to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional development
• ▪Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring that all brand standards and quality requirements are consistently met
• ▪Develop and implement new concepts, menus, products, and service offerings
• ▪Monitor financial performance, optimize costs, and actively support revenue growth
• ▪Ensure exceptional guest experiences by delivering memorable and high-quality dining services

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• ▪At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role , ideally within an international hotel environment
• ▪Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team , with a hands-on leadership style
• ▪Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• ▪A genuine passion for gastronomy, beverages, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• ▪Ability to think creatively , bring new ideas, and drive continuous improvement in service and operations
• ▪Solid financial awareness , including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
• ▪Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• ▪Fluent English ; knowledge of Czech or another language is an advantage
• ▪Familiarity with hotel standards and quality procedures , preferably within an international hotel brand
