You will join our team of experts in software solution development.

Your responsibilities will include

• ▪Analyze and map software development processes to identify key stages, workflows, and inefficiencies
• ▪Define and track key project milestones and performance indicators (KPIs)
• ▪Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to monitor process performance and measure efficiency
• ▪Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• ▪Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, management) to understand data needs and support decision-making
• ▪Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Profile / Requirements :

Must-have skills

• ▪Proven experience in analyzing software development processes and identifying performance improvement opportunities
• ▪Ability to extract, structure, and map data from Azure DevOps
• ▪Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation About us :
