Key Responsibilities
- ▪Provide outstanding customer support and solutions to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- ▪Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
- ▪Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.

- ▪Ability to work well independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting.
