What you will do

• ▪Handle tickets, following support procedures and policies.
• ▪Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies.
• ▪Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure.
• ▪Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner.
• ▪Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
• ▪Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets.
• ▪Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
• ▪Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

You bring

• ▪Fluent Czech + good English communication skills
• ▪Strong attention to detail
• ▪Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• ▪Comfort with unexpected changes or last-minute requests
• ▪Experience in Customer Support or working with Customer is a big plus
• ▪A positive mindset and interest in building an international career
