Role Summary

Our client is seeking Czech-speaking Customer Service Agents for a remote customer support function. This role is suitable for entry-level candidates and requires relocation to Greece before the start date.

Main Responsibilities

• ▪Support customers in Czech via phone, email, and online communication tools
• ▪Respond to inquiries related to services or products following defined processes
• ▪Resolve customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner
• ▪Record interactions and solutions in internal case management systems
• ▪Maintain service quality standards and operational guidelines
• ▪Escalate issues that require further review or specialized support

Candidate Requirements

• ▪Fluent written and spoken Czech
• ▪Good command of English (level B2)
• ▪No previous customer service experience required
• ▪Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems
• ▪Clear communication skills and problem-solving ability
• ▪Capacity to work independently in a remote environment
• ▪Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
