What will you be working on?
- âŞHandling client inquiries, requests, and complaints via e-mail and chat with professionalism and accuracy
- âŞCrafting detailed, well-structured responses to ensure clear and effective communication
- âŞProcessing requests according to established guidelines and procedures
- âŞIdentifying and reporting issues or errors to the Team Leader or relevant department
- âŞWorking with trading platforms , replicating reported issues, and assisting clients with troubleshooting
- âŞTranscribing Japanese names into Latin characters accurately
- âŞCollaborating with internal teams via Slack and email to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution
What we expect from you
- âŞProven experience in remote support for Japanese clients, ideally in the financial or FinTech sector
- âŞStrong ability to analyze and resolve issues while maintaining high service standards
- âŞNative-level Japanese proficiency (N1 level) and business-level English (B2 or higher)
- âŞBachelorâs degree from a Japanese university (preferred)
- âŞHigh technical aptitude and ability to quickly adapt to new software and financial applications
- âŞExcellent communication skills â ability to explain complex issues clearly and professionally to clients and team members
- âŞStrong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork
- âŞSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- âŞAbility to work in CET time zone
- âŞWillingness to continuously learn and develop expertise in financial applications and trading platforms
