We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members of the US military community and their families living overseas.

What you’ll be doing

This is more than just a customer service job. You’ll be supporting people who need help navigating healthcare – often in important or stressful situations. No two days are the same.

• ▪Taking inbound calls from clients around the world
• ▪Helping them access medical care locally
• ▪Answering questions about enrolment, treatment, and claims
• ▪Coordinating with hospitals, clinics and providers globally
• ▪Booking or updating medical appointments
• ▪Managing cases in our CRM system (Salesforce)
• ▪Following up to make sure everything is resolved

✅ What we’re looking for

• ▪Experience in customer service (call center is a plus, but not required)
• ▪Strong English (spoken & written)
• ▪A second European language is a big advantage
• ▪Great communication and listening skills
• ▪A calm, empathetic and positive approach
• ▪Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks
• ▪Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• ▪Team player with a proactive mindset
