The job
- ▪Chatting with customers via phone, messages & email
- ▪Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use
- ▪Provide professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels
- ▪Follow presented response templates and quality standards
- ▪Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project team
- ▪Giving product tips & recommendations
We need YOU, because
- ▪You’re ready to relocate to sunny Greece
- ▪You speak the required language fluently
- ▪You have strong English skills – both written and spoken
- ▪You’ve got an excellent eye for the detail
- ▪Problem-solving is your superpower
- ▪You can stay calm and professional - even when things don’t go as planned
- ▪Customer support experience is nice to have, but not a dealbreaker!
