What you will do in this role
- ▪Answer phone calls, e-mails, and messages on social media and live chat from customers
- ▪Help customers with service-related issues
- ▪Inform customers of promo events
- ▪Work shifts: morning 09:00-17:45, afternoon 13:15-22:00, (Working hours are according to the market covered)
- ▪Phone calls are inbound, no cold-calling
- ▪Suitable for people without experience
What we expect
- ▪Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
- ▪native Croatian language
- ▪Ability to quickly identify customers' problems and needs
- ▪Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
- ▪A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
- ▪Team players with the ability to work in a Customer Service environment
- ▪Living in the Czech Republic
- ▪Native Croatian and communicative level of English in both oral and written form
