We are seeking a Customer Quality Engineer (Warranty) to manage field claims and ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining internal quality standards. This role is key in coordinating warranty activities, supporting root cause analysis, and driving effective corrective actions across both internal teams and suppliers.
The role of Customer Quality Engineer (Warranty) is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic .
