What you will be responsible for – your key responsibilities:

• ▪Managing complete customer service processes
• ▪Collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing
• ▪Ensuring on-time deliveries and correct pricing setup

What you should have – required skills and experience

• ▪Experience in customer service / order management
• ▪Knowledge of SAP
• ▪Strong communication and leadership skills
• ▪Resilience in handling challenges and a desire to improve processes
• ▪English (minimum B2 level)
