About the Role
We build AI-powered playable ads for some of the world’s leading game studios. Our agents can generate playable ad code at scale — but exceptional playables still require creative direction, gameplay intuition, and attention to detail.
We’re looking for someone to own playable quality end-to-end.
In this role, you’ll shape the creative standard across everything we ship — from defining concepts and writing briefs to reviewing outputs, refining gameplay feel, and elevating overall player experience.
You’ll work at the intersection of creative direction, technical execution, and AI-assisted development, helping transform fast-generated prototypes into polished, high-performing playable experiences.
You’ll also lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, building strong review processes, improving execution quality, and continuously raising the creative bar across our pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who combines technical art, gameplay sensibility, strong creative taste, and a passion for emerging AI-driven workflows in game development.

Responsibilities
- ▪Write detailed creative briefs for playable ad production, translating game DNA, audience insights, and performance data into clear and actionable creative direction
- ▪Review briefs created by team members and provide sharp, constructive, and actionable feedback
- ▪Review playable ads across gameplay mechanics, visuals, UX flow, game feel, and polish to ensure both creative quality and performance goals are met
- ▪Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, clarity, pacing, and overall player experience within playable concepts
- ▪Manage, mentor, and support a team of creative professionals while maintaining high quality standards across all deliverables
- ▪Establish and improve creative review processes, feedback loops, and quality benchmarks
- ▪Stay informed on creative performance metrics, market trends, and competitor playables to guide creative decision-making
- ▪Conduct creative research and continuously explore new ideas, interaction patterns, and emerging trends in playable advertising and mobile gaming
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Requirements
- ▪Strong background in the gaming industry — you understand how games are marketed and what makes players convert
- ▪Hands-on experience with playable ads, including creating, directing, reviewing, or optimizing playable concepts and executions
- ▪Deep understanding of what makes a high-performing playable ad feel polished, engaging, and effective
- ▪Strong creative brief-writing skills with the ability to translate a game’s identity into clear, actionable creative direction
- ▪Sharp creative instincts and the ability to provide precise, actionable feedback on gameplay, UX, visuals, pacing, and overall execution
- ▪Strong understanding of creative performance metrics such as CTR, IPM, retention, and engagement, and how creative decisions impact performance
- ▪Experience conducting competitive intelligence and creative research across the mobile gaming and playable ad landscape
- ▪Understanding of the user acquisition funnel and how playable creatives contribute to acquisition performance and campaign success
- ▪Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with creative, technical, and production teams
