We are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to support adoption, communication, and stakeholder enablement for the Workday Career Hub implementation within the Future Ready Talent programme.
Responsibilities
- ▪Support the Future Ready Talent (FRT) programme by driving adoption of key people and career-related changes, with a primary focus on the Career Hub (Workday module) .
- ▪Translate programme objectives into clear change outcomes, success measures, and adoption KPIs.
- ▪Conduct detailed change impact assessments, with a strong focus on employee and manager impacts related to Career Hub.
- ▪Develop and deliver change management and communication strategies to support learning suggestion integrations within the FRT programme.
- ▪Prepare materials for stakeholder engagement sessions, including presentations, demos, videos, and enablement assets.
- ▪Participate in stakeholder and sponsor meetings, capture feedback, and translate insights into actionable change activities.
- ▪Prepare regular written updates and contribute to programme communications, including quarterly change newsletters.
- ▪Support the preparation of key messages and progress updates for sponsor calls and leadership discussions.
- ▪Create practical enablement and activation materials, including playbooks, FAQs, role-based toolkits, and knowledge articles.
- ▪Develop and maintain content for internal platforms such as SharePoint, Novartis Hub, and related guiding system materials.
- ▪Support learning pathway creation within Match Learn to enable employee career planning.
- ▪Collaborate with the FRT Co-Creator network to test assumptions and help transition members into active change champions ahead of go-live.
- ▪Support the PMO in planning and facilitating bi-monthly programme workshops and team sessions.
Requirements
- ▪Proven experience in change management within large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
- ▪Strong ability to translate strategic programme goals into practical change, communication, and enablement activities.
- ▪Hands-on experience developing change assets such as toolkits, playbooks, FAQs, learning materials, and communication content.
- ▪Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior sponsors and leadership teams.
- ▪Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and multi-stakeholder environments.
- ▪Practical experience supporting adoption and change for Workday or similar HCM system implementations.
- ▪Strong facilitation skills for workshops, stakeholder sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- ▪Ability to work independently, proactively manage deliverables, and drive change activities end to end.
- ▪Strong written communication skills, including preparation of updates, newsletters, and executive-facing materials.
- ▪Experience with digital enablement platforms, knowledge management tools, and internal collaboration platforms such as SharePoint is an advantage.

This role lasts initially until the end of 2026 with expected extension, where only a full-time cooperation is available as form of cooperation.
