Who are we looking for?

- ▪8+ years of relevant experience in business transformation, enterprise architecture, or strategic consulting.
- ▪Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programs , including system integrations and operating model redesign.
- ▪Senior-level consulting experience or equivalent internal leadership in large enterprises.
- ▪Strong knowledge of enterprise business architecture and transformation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, Business Capability Models).
- ▪Deep understanding of transformation methodologies, strategic planning, and change management.
- ▪Experience working with or within system integrators on complex multi-year programs.
- ▪Sector specialization in one or more industries (e.g. manufacturing, energy, banking).
- ▪Outstanding client-facing and stakeholder management s kills with executive presence.
- ▪Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights and transformation plans.
- ▪Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and managing competing priorities.
- ▪Excellent English and Czech communication skills.
- ▪EU passport is required.
Your future role
As a Business Transformation Architect, you will take a leadership role in shaping and delivering complex transformation programs for large enterprises. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise architecture, and change delivery, you will work with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and implement end-to-end transformation roadmaps that drive measurable business value.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients , helping them align their business objectives with operating models, processes, and enabling technologies. Your expertise will be critical in delivering system integration programs, enterprise-wide change, and future-ready architectures across key industry sectors.
- ▪Lead business transformation initiatives across strategy, design, and execution phases.
- ▪Define enterprise business architecture and operating models to support strategic business outcomes.
- ▪Shape and drive large-scale system integration projects with a strong focus on business value and operational effectiveness.
- ▪Engage directly with client executives to understand their challenges and translate them into actionable transformation strategies.
- ▪Guide cross-functional teams through complex program design, delivery, and change management processes.
- ▪Apply best-in-class methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN, SAFe, Agile, Lean) to transformation programs.
- ▪Act as the bridge between business and technology—ensuring business needs are fully reflected in architectural and delivery solutions.
- ▪Lead industry-specific transformation initiatives, leveraging sector expertise to tailor strategies and delivery models.
- ▪Design solutions for our clients that meet client needs while leveraging the breadth and widths of Deloitte capabilities.
