What will you be doing?

Acquiring new clients for our AI Career Pages solution

✔ Booking meetings / cold calling to potential customers for the CEO of dream.jobs

✔ Managing your sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM

✔ Outreach on LinkedIn and working with automation tools (Waalaxy) to generate leads

What do you need?

Native / almost native English

Experience in business development or client acquisition (B2B or recruitment experience is an advantage, not a requirement)

Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly approach

Persistence and a strong drive to succeed

Knowledge of CRM systems is welcome (HubSpot is a plus)

Experience with recruitment, HR tech or SaaS is an advantage

Ability to work as a contractor (or willingness to register as one)

Compensation – Fair, Transparent & Performance-Based

€0 hourly rate – you decide your earnings based on performance

Approx. €40 / 1000 CZK for every qualified meeting you book with a relevant decision-maker (HR Director, Talent Acquisition Manager, Employer Branding Lead, etc.)

€1,600–€3,000 / 42,000–75,000 CZK commission for each Career Pages sale
