What You'll Be Doing
- ▪Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with Czech companies.
- ▪Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value B2B clients within the Czech market.
- ▪Understand the unique recruitment pain points of Czech businesses and tailor Joobles' value proposition to meet their needs.
- ▪Preparing and conducting calls with potential clients, including demos, presenting the value proposition, and identifying clients' targets and needs.
- ▪Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecasts in our CRM system.
- ▪Provide feedback to the product team on local market trends and competitor activity in Czechia.
What We're Looking For
- ▪You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT sector (ideally with exposure to HR / Job Tech-related products).
- ▪You're a local expert who knows Czech business.
- ▪You are comfortable communicating with an international team and reporting in English.
- ▪You are proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce or other) and modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools, etc.).
- ▪You are result-oriented, take ownership of your pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed your sales targets.
- ▪English proficiency level: Intermediate or higher (spoken and written).
- ▪Fluency in Czech.
