Nice to have

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo
  • Background in IT staffing, outstaffing, or tech services
  • Experience selling into DACH, UK, or Nordic markets
  • Familiarity with sales sequencing tools

  • Qualify leads and manage pipeline from first contact to handoff
  • Build the sales playbook — sequences, messaging, ICP, and process
  • Keep HubSpot accurate — contacts, stages, and activity
  • Contribute to proposals, RFIs, and RFP responses
  • Feed strategic input into sales planning alongside the BD team
