Brainapptica is looking for a Business Analyst to join a digitization project for a client managing a retail investment portfolio with multiple companies focused on facility management. The goal of this engagement is not software delivery — it is process discovery. Before any system is built, the client's operations need to be thoroughly understood, mapped, and documented. You will conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders across the client's companies, covering areas such as CRM and client management, facility operations, invoicing and finance, resource planning, and building maintenance. Your output will be structured process documentation and functional requirements that serve as the foundation for a future custom software implementation.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable sitting across the table from a CFO and a maintenance coordinator in the same week, and who knows how to turn what they hear into documentation that developers and AI-assisted tools can actually use.
Cooperation: Full-time or part-time. IČO/OSVČ contract or HPP employment — flexible. Hybrid, Prague.
