The Brand Media Manager is the orchestrator of Footshop's brand communication and investment. Not a social media admin. The person who decides how Footshop sounds, looks and lands across every channel, every market as one system.
You'll report to the Global Head of Brand and lead a team that includes a Content Production Manager, external content creators and agencies.
What you'll own
- ▪Cross-channel brand orchestration . One matrix. All activations - own brand, Vendor, Private Label, other brand units. You differentiate TikTok from Instagram. You set the tone of voice, the visual guardrails, the content pillars. You make sure PL, FR and CZ feel local but unmistakably Footshop.
- ▪Media buy & paid brand support. You're the brief-giver and the sharp counterpart to our media agency across DV360, TikTok, Meta or TV. You push for efficiency, challenge placements, optimise spend across markets. The agency is a partner - and you're the one keeping them honest.
- ▪End-to-end brand campaigns. From brief to agency selection, production, media planning, approvals and impact evaluation. You're the production owner on half of our flagship campaigns and the final voice on how every campaign shows up across channels.
- ▪Budget ownership. Production (internal + external), boosting, media buy, invoicing. You run the numbers and the spend across markets.
- ▪Brand metrics & evaluation. Working with various agencies on brand awareness lift, reach, audience growth and campaign impact. You bring the insights back into next quarter's planning.
- ▪AI-first everything. This is non-negotiable for us. You'll identify what can be automated, evaluated and created smarter with AI across content production, planning, evaluation and media reporting. We want Footshop on the front edge of how brands actually use AI, not just talk about it.
- ▪Strategy & quarterly planning. Content pillars, tone of voice, visual direction. Built with the Global Head of Brand and aligned with other functions across the business.
You're probably right for this if you
- ▪Have run brand communication across multiple paid channels (DV360, TikTok, Meta at minimum) and know how to brief and challenge an agency
- ▪Think in systems, not in posts - you've orchestrated cross-channel matrixes before, not just managed feeds
- ▪Can hold both the creative and the spreadsheet: budget discipline matters here
- ▪Have led end-to-end brand campaigns from brief to evaluation
- ▪Are genuinely curious about AI in marketing - not as a buzzword, but as a daily tool you've already started building into your workflow
- ▪Have managed people and worked with external creators and agencies
- ▪Are comfortable operating across markets (PL / FR / CZ as core)
- ▪Speak and write English fluently; Czech is a plus, not a requirement
