Join a team building modern Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. This role focuses on developing scalable backend services, integrating AI models, and building high-performance APIs supporting applications running in Azure environments.

You will collaborate closely with senior engineers, DevOps/MLOps specialists, and data scientists to design and deliver secure, scalable backend services for AI-driven products.

Your responsibilities

Integrate AI models and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into backend services
Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and FastAPI
Design and maintain GraphQL APIs using Strawberry
Design relational database schemas and optimize SQL queries
Manage database migrations and ensure data integrity
Containerize applications using Docker
Support CI/CD processes and deployments in Azure environments
Monitor system performance and optimize latency, scalability, and costs
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system observability

Must have

Python
FastAPI
GraphQL
Strawberry GraphQL
SQL
Relational database design
SQLAlchemy or similar ORM
Docker
Git
Basic understanding of CI/CD
Experience with LLM/AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
Professional working proficiency in English
3 to 5 years of commercial or hands-on backend development experience

Vector Databases
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Monitoring and performance optimization
Previous experience in AI/GenAI projects
