We’re growing our growth team. We already have strong people on content and execution. What we’re missing is another high-output operator —someone who can spot what matters, run experiments, ship work fast, and prove impact.
We’re not looking for “years of experience.” We’re looking for evidence of results and a builder mindset.
What you’ll do?
This role is intentionally broad. You’ll own a slice of growth end-to-end, then expand as you prove results.
- ▪Growth experiments and conversion improvements
- ▪Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across acquisition → conversion → activation.
- ▪Run 1–3 focused experiments per sprint
- ▪Improve conversion on key pages and flows through iteration, not redesigns.
- ▪Content and distribution that actually performs
- ▪Create or co-create high-intent assets (pages, guides, comparison content, use cases).
- ▪Repurpose into distribution formats (LinkedIn posts, short explainers, newsletters, communities) — but only if it drives meaningful actions.
- ▪Work with our team to scale what works and kill what doesn’t.
- ▪Analytics that lead to action (must-have mindset)
- ▪Use GA4 and product analytics to understand user journeys and drop-offs.
- ▪Turn insights into specific changes and tests.
- ▪Keep reporting lightweight but honest: what moved, why, what we’ll do next.
- ▪AI and automation for leverage
- ▪Use AI tools and simple automations to increase throughput (research, drafts, repurposing, testing).
- ▪You don’t need to be an engineer. You do need to think like an operator.
What success looks like (first 60–90 days)
- ▪You ship a measurable set of experiments and improvements.
- ▪We see clear movement in at least one of these: • qualified leads / demo requests
- ▪conversion rates on key pages
- ▪activation rate (getting users to first value)
- ▪organic growth on high-intent topics
- ▪You can explain what you did, what you learned, and what you’ll try next—without fluff.
