We are a specialized UX and digital design agency focused on complex B2B software, business tools, and enterprise platforms .

Our clients are primarily large organizations, corporations, banks, and companies with complex digital processes , where UX, structure, and clarity have a direct impact on business performance.

We work fully remote and typically collaborate with our clients over mid- to long-term engagements (months or years), supporting them from strategy and research to design and continuous improvement.

To scale our outbound activities in the DACH region (with a strong focus on Germany) , we are looking for a B2B Appointment Setter working on a commission-only basis .

Your role is not sales and not closing.

Your mission is to start qualified conversations and book high-quality appointments with relevant decision-makers. Closing, proposals, and project execution are handled by our internal management and business development team.

Tasks

  • Research and identify relevant decision-makers in large organizations

(e.g. Digital, IT, Product, UX, Innovation, Procurement)

  • Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
  • Start meaningful B2B conversations and qualify interest
  • Book qualified appointments (intro / discovery calls) with our leadership team
  • Pre-qualify appointments based on clearly defined criteria
  • Document contacts, conversations, and appointments in a structured way (CRM / tracking)
  • Coordinate closely with our internal business development team

No sales, no closing, no contract negotiations.

Your responsibility is the quality and relevance of the appointments .

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B outreach, appointment setting, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong online research skills – you know how to find the right people, even without direct contact data
  • Confident with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools
  • Strong affinity for AI tools, automation, and efficient workflows
  • Independent, structured, and KPI-driven working style
  • Experience with UX, digital products, consulting, or B2B services is a strong plus
