Plummy Games is a product-driven mobile gaming company focused on creating high-quality casual experiences for players worldwide. Our flagship game, Star Merge , is a successful F2P Merge-3 title recognized for its polished gameplay and stunning visuals. We’re a team that values creativity, ownership, and continuous growth.
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to work on a mobile F2P title, combining analytics and data modeling while taking ownership of complex data challenges in a fast-moving environment. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders, dive into complex product questions, and help keep our data reliable, efficient, and well-structured as the product evolves.

- ▪Build and maintain reliable data models and business logic for product and marketing analytics
- ▪Collaborate with developers to ensure proper tracking of all data required for user behavior analysis
- ▪Perform deep-dive analyses on complex product questions beyond standard reporting
- ▪Ensure data quality and consistency across the analytics layer
- ▪Clearly communicate insights and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ▪Contribute to data governance practices, including documentation, structure, and maintainability
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- ▪At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst or data/BI engineer, preferably in mobile gaming
- ▪Strong SQL skills for data modelling and extraction
- ▪Hands-on experience with modern BI tools (Looker/Omni preferred)
- ▪Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- ▪High level of ownership, proactivity, and flexibility
- ▪Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written), with a strong command of vocabulary to communicate effectively in professional contexts.
Nice to have
- ▪Understanding of FTP mobile game economics and user acquisition
- ▪Experience with Git to track changes, collaborate with teams, and maintain code quality
- ▪Python programming skills
- ▪Experience with BigQuery computational efficiency and cost management
- ▪Experience with AI -driven development (We use Claude)
- ▪Experience with DBT and its best practices
